Who do you plan to interview?  What is this person's area of expertise?

• I plan to interview a first time car owner. This person is an expert of being a first time owner and, will give me an insight on the topic

•  Use resources such as the internet or fellow mechanics, therefore you can decide for yourself what is the better route.

3 details to support your answer

• Some mechanics can take advantage of their clients because of their lack of knowledge. If you follow answer three the client can become educated  at least a little bit to the point ere they could ask questions.
• Answer three offers the ability to educate about a problem in particular. There fore the owner can decide whether they want to continue the procedure themselves or rather have the car under go professional help.
• Normally answer 3 is the best option because it gives the owner time to think about what they want to do. If the owner takes the car to the dealer or a mechanic, more than likely, they will leave the car there because of the pressure mechanics strategically use to have more work.
